Frequently asked questions

Quick answers for buying, bidding, selling, pickup, reports, item checks, and local hub handoff.

How does hub pickup work?

Eligible items can show a hub pickup option with a release window, pickup note, and item handoff status. The pickup scheduler page shows how releases, missed windows, and confirmation details appear.

How do auctions work?

Auction cards show time left, current bid, watcher count, reserve state, bid history, and a max-bid entry. Won auctions move into My Market with review and report actions.

What does item checked mean?

Item checks add category-specific proof such as serial photos, condition notes, certificate images, card grade, pickup photos, packing status, or accessory counts.

When can I leave a review?

Reviews open from completed purchases and auction wins. Listing cards do not expose review actions before purchase history confirms eligibility.

What should sellers include?

Sellers should include accurate title, category, price, condition, photos, accessories, item specifics, fulfillment choices, return setting, and clear response expectations.

How are reports handled?

Reports collect documentation from the order record: item photos, package photos, messages, tracking or pickup proof, seller notes, and requested resolution.

Current demo state

Help and evidence pages are written for the demo stage.

The demo explains policies, fees, condition proof, store-assisted resale, route coverage, and setup evidence without asking for private data.

Future platform state

Launch-ready help content needs clear ownership.

Launch needs final policies, support contact paths, fee approval, knowledge-base ownership, legal review, update history, and service-level tracking.
